Watch out! Super Fast internet turns out to be dangerous for health
According to a researcher Franceco Billari quoted from the Deccan Chronicle page "Individuals with fast internet access tend to sleep 25 minutes less than those who do not get fast internet". According to him, fast internet users generally sleep for less than 7-9 hours per day or can be under the recommendations of researchers.

"Their level of sleep satisfaction is also very lacking" said Franceco Billari. According to the researchers, the impact of super-fast internet is the habit of someone accessing the internet in the morning and using gadgets at night.

"Digital temptation can cause sleep time to delay which ultimately decreases sleep duration for people who can't afford to change their sleep later because they have to wake up in the morning," Billari said.

The level of temptation a person has in accessing the internet tends to vary according to age level. For the 13-30 year olds they are very significant, they spend time playing computer or just watching TV and watching videos at night which should be used for sleep.

Whereas for adults aged between 31-59 years, they tend to use a PC or play a smartphone.

About 33 percent of parents feel worried about internet addiction experienced by young people today. From the results of research conducted by Kaspersky Lab and B2B International, it was noted that one in 10 or 12 percent of children under the age of 18 have experienced internet addiction.

Meanwhile, the inability of children to widen their distance with the online world is a major concern for parents. This can be seen from 36 percent of parents worrying that children see inappropriate or explicit content and that 32 percent fear children communicate with strangers.

Then, as many as 51 percent of parents feel online threats to their children are increasing, the amount of time children do online activities is an important factor that is considered by parents so that they remain protected.

Because of these concerns, as many as 33 percent of parents impose restrictions on the time to surf the Internet to their children.
